Welcome to the Town of Chesterfield Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan website! The Comprehensive Plan will serve as a guide for the future of Chesterfield while protecting its natural, cultural, and economic resources.

The Comprehensive Plan is being developed by the Town of Chesterfield and guided by an Advisory Committee.  The process is being facilitated by a consultant team led by MJ Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C., supported by CLA Site and E.M. Pemrick & Company, and funded by the New York State Department of State under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund.
