The Town of Chesterfield Comprehensive Plan Committee is holding its Committee Public Hearing February 6, 2025 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at The Elk's Lodge as part of the Town's Comprehensive Plan process. The purpose is to hear your feedback on the Draft Comprehensive Plan. ​

Public Open House & Planning Workshop #2
The Town of Chesterfield is holding the second Public Workshop on August 21, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at The Elk's Lodge as part of the Town's Comprehensive Plan Update. The purpose of the second public workshop will be to gather input on the DRAFT Vision, Goals, and Preliminary Recommendations for the Town of Chesterfield Comprehensive Plan.​

Community Survey
As part of the public engagement component of the Town of Chesterfield Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan Update, an online community survey was developed. The purpose of this survey was to gather input from community members, residents, visitors, business owners, and other stakeholders about the Town of Chesterfield. This information will help inform the overall needs, vision, and priorities of the Town and help shape the Town’s Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan.

Public Engagement Plan
A Public Engagement Plan has been developed to identify opportunities to gather information from members of the public and stakeholders. Input received is critical to making informed decisions, which are supported by the Village residents.
This plan has been developed to establish a communication channel between the public, the Village, applicable regulatory agencies, and the Project Team throughout the duration of the study. This plan aims to achieve this communication by sharing information with the public regarding the planning process, and by providing a variety of occasions for the public to provide input.
